Who does not need a license?

Any person under 15 years of age does not need a license to fish in inland waters and any person between 12 an 14 years does not need a license to hunt, provided in this case that the person is accompanied by a licensed adult. Only one minor shall accompany one adult and they shall not exceed the bag limit for one person.

How do I get a license?

The following information is required to obtain a license: Name, address, sex, citizenship, eye color, hair color, height, weight, date of birth, telephone number, and birthplace. First-time hunters must show a Certificate of Competency from the Hunter Education Bureau. Veteran hunters must show either this certificate or a previous hunting license, an F.I. D. card, a license to carry or sign an affidavit.
