How do I request a Municipal Lien Certificate?

You may request a Municipal Lien Certificate in writing with a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the property address,  present owner and parcel ID (if available).


How much will it cost, and how long does it take?

The cost for a municipal lien certificate is $25.00.  All public requests will be processed within 10 days.
Beginning September 1st 2009, the cost for a Municipal Lien Certificate will increase to $50.00
