Congratulations to Hamilton Town Clerk Andrea Carlson, who welcomed twin girls to the world last week. On Wednesday, Aug. 2 she delivered Angelina DelloRusso, weighing 5.3 pounds, and Liliana DelloRusso, weighing 5.9 pounds.
