The Interim Town Clerk will ONLY be available for office hours on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Tuesdays 11:30 am to 6:30 pm.

All meeting notices must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office and posted at least 48 hours in advance of your meeting.

PLEASE NOTE:  the M.G.L. does not allow Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays as part of the  48 hours; please plan accordingly.

Therefore, postings for Monday meetings need to be received by the Town Clerk’s office prior to 2:00 p.m. on Thursdays.

If posting is close to the 48 hour requirement,  it MUST be posted by 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:00 am on Friday.  If you submit posting by email make sure to get a confirmation that it was received.
