In an effort to help strengthen and build public health capabilities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Special Commission on Local and Regional Public Health (OLRH) produced a Blue Print for Public Health Excellence in June of 2019.
The OLRH manages the Public Health Excellence Grant, which in July 2021, funded the Eastern Essex Regional Public Health Coalition (EERPHC), a coalition for the towns of Hamilton, Wenham, Essex and Rockport.
