2-page summary of the revisions to the proposed Hamilton Conservation Bylaw. This document highlights how the final bylaw language voted on by the HCC differs from the bylaw language that was sent out in the town warrant. This document will be printed and distributed at the 4/1/23 ATM.

Discussion notes from 3/16/23 Bylaw Open Meeting. This document captures, at a high level, the discussions held during the 3/16/23 open meeting at which the Commission heard feedback from members of the town, as well as a legal representative for a property owner. Feedback received via email prior to this meeting was also discussed. As a result of the 3/16 meeting, changes were made to the proposed law, stemming directly from feedback provided by both supporters and opponents of the proposed law. Other suggestions having to do with more complicated topics such as vernal pools or water quality have been left for future discussion(s).
