Emergency Communications Center

As of April 14, 2026, the Hamilton Communications Center has ceased operations and all communication/dispatch functions are now handled by the North Shore Regional 9-1-1 Communications Center (NSRCC 911). They will continue to provide an integrated, comprehensive emergency management program and assistance to all in a timely and professional manner.

NSRCC 911 is open 24 Hours, 365 Days a Year.

All calls to the Communications Center phone number (978-468-4421) will continue to be active and answered by call takers at NSRCC 911.
