Varsity Wireless Investors, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied for a Special Permit from the Town of Hamilton Planning Board to construct a 109 foot tall Wireless Communications Facility at 577 Bay Road, Hamilton, MA, Tax Assessors Map 49, Lot 23. The Applicant will conduct a Visual Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at and to the height of the proposed Facility. Said Visual Demonstration will be held FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2017 AND SATURDAY JUNE 17, 2017 from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on BOTH June 16, 2017 AND June 17, 2017, the Visual Demonstration will be rescheduled to SUNDAY, JUNE 18, 2017 from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon, and in the event of inclement weather on all of said days, the Visual Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next day and each successive day until the weather permits.
