Note: As a courtesy to the Public, Zoom access may be provided to the meetings. However, the meeting will not be terminated in the event that technological issues disrupt the Zoom broadcast. Meetings may or may not be recorded and available to watch on hwcam.org. The Open Meeting Law states that Public Bodies must create and approve minutes of all open session meetings in a timely manner, and copies of meeting minutes are available on the website or by contacting the office at [email protected] or 978-626-5250.
